Content & Growth Intern — Fits

Hey, I'm Ludwig. I built Fits, the outfit planner that helps hundreds of thousands of people around the world get dressed in the morning. But this is just the start, now it's time to take Fits from a fashion utility to the place where people express their style.

I'm looking for a Content & Growth Intern to help Fits go viral in the fashion scene.

Your job: own social. Not "post once a day and call it content", we want to flood the timeline. Find the angles, hooks, and stories that hit, then use AI workflows to scale them into 10+ pieces a day across 5–6 channels. The creative thinking is yours. The volume comes from the system you help create.

You'll work directly with me. The ceiling is whatever you can build.

What you'll actually do

• Run multi-account organic across TikTok & Instagram
• Find the hooks, angles, and stories that actually pop – then build AI-powered workflows to turn one good idea into 10+ daily posts (variations, formats, localizations)
• Spot the bangers and put paid behind them to scale what works
• Build a comment and engagement strategy that doesn't feel like a brand replying with emojis
• Hunt down real UGC creators and theme pages, slide into DMs, cut deals, build relationships

You're probably

• Online way too much (in a good way) and you can tell within 3 seconds if a TikTok is going to pop
• Obsessed with fashion, not just your own aesthetic. You get different personas: streetwear, old money, gothcore, Y2K, techwear — and can visualize content for each, even the ones you'd never wear yourself
• A creative chaos gremlin who also gets systems. You can go from "this would be a sick video" to "how do we turn this into a repeatable engine across 4 markets"
• Already deep in AI tools: Cowork, Claude Code, Codex, Nanobanana, Kling etc. (not mandatory, but a massive plus)
• Comfortable in CapCut, Figma, Canva
• Allergic to coasting. You want a career, not a chill internship. You're here to build something and grow fast.
