Request a refund on iOS

Refunds on iOS are handled directly by Apple. Here is an instruction on how to request a refund from Apple. Please note that Apple does not allow developers to issue refunds themselves, so Fits cannot provide support for refunds.

Request a refund on Android

On Android you have 2 ways to request a refund. Either via Google directly or contacting Fits support to issue the refund for you.

Contact Google

  1. Open: the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap: your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  3. Select: Payments & subscriptions from the menu.
  4. Tap: on Budget & history.
  5. Find: the subscription you want to refund and tap on it to view its details.
  6. Click: Report a problem.
  7. Choose: the option that best describes why you're requesting a refund.
  8. Complete: the form, providing any necessary details about your situation.
  9. Click: Submit to send your refund request to Google.

Please include your Fits username or email address used so we can process your request. We will then refund your payment via Google Play.
